1. Relax

2. Get comfortable
Find a comfortable sitting or lying position in a place you will not be disturbed for 10 minutes or more.
3. Pick a focus word
Pick a word to use like love, peace, or the word one.
But, the most common focus word in 90% of situations is the word “One.”
4. Use the focus word to interrupt your inner dialogue
This is where the fun starts! Start by saying your focus word “One” in your head.
Then, every time you find your mind wandering use the focus word, “One”, to interrupt the inner narrator. How?
