If you listen to the wisdom of your grandmother, you would know that if you always brushed your hair at least one hundred strokes before bedtime every night, you would emerge with a beautiful, shiny head of hair. As it turns out, while grandma was not entirely correct, giving your hair a good brushing does stimulate your scalp and gets the blood flowing. This can actually make for healthier hair.
I used to try to sit down and brush my curly hair out every night, but it was always a problem. My curly hair would simply tangle, and I would end up tearing my hair to shreds causing more harm than good. And by the way, it did not make my hair grow any faster.
Of course, there are some ways that will make your hair grow a little faster, but trust me, you will hardly notice any difference at all. While these suggestions may not work for you, trying them certainly will not hurt as well so do give them a try. Maybe they will work for you.
Make Your Hair Grow Faster with These Tips!
First of all, take vitamins to make sure that your hair is getting fed from the inside. Of course, some shampoos suggest that they are the magical answer to this problem, but as it turns out, feeding your hair from the inside will actually give your hair growth a little boost.
And finally if you want to give your hair a chance to take center stage, you might want to make sure that you eat right. While vitamins are important they are not substitutes for eating well. Eating different foods can cause your hair and fingernails to be healthy and strong, and strong hair does not break.
If you’re hair doesn’t break often, you will get the most advantage out of your hair as it grows. At the end of the day, some people’s hair grows quickly, while other’s grows slowly. Whichever you have, if you eat well and keep your hair trimmed, you will give it the best chance to reach its natural potential.
