Paramedical Science is a most important part of medical science. It is the process of diagnosis and treatment of diseases. For medical science we need to a medical tools like the clinical laboratory, the x-ray, the ultra sound, CT and other invasive or non-invasive methods and therapeutic technical modes like physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are parts of the paramedical system. We gain a development situation through medical science and its attendant support in complex mechanization of medical equipments. Paramedical science has been an equal growth in medical institutes and other scientific region and hence an ever increasing demand of trained paramedical manpower in Indian subcontinent.in industries of India has shortage skills according to Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
In case of paramedics acute shortage is likely to emerge in case of radio-graphics, ECG technicians, OT technicians, audio motorists etc. The similar shortage is being presented by the Prime Minister’s Council on trade and industry. The council reported that X-ray technicians required by 2015 would be 12,410 where as availability is of 4872 technicians. Similarly, the number of lab technicians required by 2015 would be 62,050.
